Hilton Tokyo Hotel

I had a great stay at the Hilton in Tokyo with my family. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the amenities in our Jr. Suite, like the Kimonos and Nespresso machine, were a nice touch. The hotel's location, though a little far, was convenient with a metro station below. The room accommodation arranged by Keynon was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

rooms are very spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views. bed is very comfortable. It has a pool on the 5th floor, water was cold. On the 37th floor (executive club) from 3 to 5 serve free drinks and candy, view is spectacular. They have a free transfer from Shinjuku station to the hotel which leaves every 20 minutes from 8 to 21. At the station the stop is 21 in front of Keio store at the West exit. It can be confusing to find the station stop the first time you arrive at the station. It is important to exit at the Central West Exit.

Restaurant prices are very high. . It is located 15 minutes walk from the station.

Excellent location. Quiet area within walking distance of Shinjuku, which is a great place to stay. Large room with a great view of Tokyo's skyscrapers. Very comfortable beds, everything is very convenient. Free bus to Shinjuku from the hotel. The bus stop is at the west exit of the station, next to Keio store. Wonderful breakfast.

There are duvets in the beds, and in summer they're surplus to requirements. It would be better to have sheets if you want to sleep without air conditioning.

Excellent location with a connecting tunnel to a major train station. Spacious and clean rooms with a large desk. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast with options for gluten allergies. Impressive facilities including a gym, hot and cold bath, sauna, indoor swimming pool. Complimentary bicycles and shuttle service to the station. Free WiFi throughout the hotel. Variety of pillow options available. Efficient and friendly service. Delicious food. Comfortable bed.

The hotel had a beautiful design and the higher floor rooms offered fine views. The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway station through an underground walkway and a free shuttle bus to the nearby Shinjuku station. The breakfast buffet was really good, with a wide range of delicious options and attentive staff.

The fantastic hotel. Very good area, wide streets with trees and everything impeccable. Close to the station. I go in, actually it was almost under the hotel, Japanese stuff.. The breakfast was impressive, very varied, you could have breakfast as much as in the West as with Japanese food . The great room, a beautiful view with a wide window where you could see the skyscrapers illuminated at night, we were on the 26th floor. Spectacular.

The breakfast selection was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room had large windows, offering a great view of the surrounding area. the hotel offered a convenient shuttle service to nearby attractions, making it easy to explore the city.

The check-in process was slow and inefficient, causing some frustration. the hotel lacked a modern and updated ambiance.

Excellent breakfast and very good restaurants.

We did not appreciate the fact that we never found a place in the new executive lounge, which opened 2 days before our arrival. One would think that all the hotel guests were staying in an executive room, which was certainly not the case.

My daughter's backpack was put in storage and found itself in the departure lot for an airport other than ours, without our vigilance, we would have left without this bag.

The service was excellent, with concierge and room service available around the clock. The bedding was also very comfortable.

The wifi is not free

I had a fantastic experience staying at Hilton Tokyo. The Junior Suite room was amazing, with fine views of the city. The Executive Lounge access was a great perk, offering delicious breakfasts, afternoon tea, and evening drinks. The shuttle bus to and from Shinjuku Station made getting around easy. The hotel location was fantastic, close to subway stations and a lively shopping and restaurant area. I highly recommend this hotel.

views from the executive area. It's worth paying a little more and enjoying everything they offer there. beds are very comfortable and location is excellent. breakfast is very good for westerners. There are breads of different types which are not abundant in the breakfasts of Japan.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, with easy access to a subway station that connected us quickly to Shinjuku and other parts of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities were great. We were impressed by the fast internet and the spacious room, a rarity in Japan. The breakfast provided was the best we've ever had, with a wide variety of delicious options.

Couldn't fault. The only minor inconvenience we experienced was with the feather pillows, but the guest services promptly resolved this issue for us.

Additionally, it is not far from Shinjuku rail Station, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms are spacious and clean, with large windows offering beautiful views of the park. The service is professional and friendly, with helpful staff. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options to start the day.

One downside is that the executive lounge can get quite crowded, making it difficult to fully enjoy the benefits of the lounge during busy hours.

Luxurious amenities that exceeded my expectations. the room was spacious and elegantly decorated. the massage services were heavenly, and the indoor swimming pool and sauna were calming.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Shinjuku station which was easily reached by the free shuttle bus. It is also in a more quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with larger spaces compared to other hotels in Tokyo. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing good check-in service.

The breakfast buffet has a limited choice of food, with the same type of dishes served every day.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel and all of our needs were fulfilled. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were some of the exclusive amenities that we loved most. the massage services were impeccable, especially the full body massage. the room was equipped with many exclusive facilities and was very comfortable. The hotel's location advantages made it very easy for us to travel around the city. Cons: the restaurant had good food but it was slightly overpriced.
